These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the digital product ("Product") with master resell rights ("MRR") granted by G CAPITAL ENTERPRISES, LLC, ("Seller") to any individual or entity (“Buyer”) who purchases or obtains the Product from the Seller. Please read this Agreement carefully before using or distributing the Product. By using or distributing the Product, Buyer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Grant of Master Resell Rights: Seller hereby grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable Master resell rights to use and distribute the Product, solely for Buyer’s own personal or business purposes. Buyer may resell the Product to end-users ("Customers") as a standalone product or as part of a package, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Restrictions on Master Resell Rights: Buyer may not modify, edit, translate, alter, or edit content of the Product in whole or in part, or create derivative works based on the Product. Buyer is prohibited from claiming ownership or authorship of the Product. The sale price of the product may not be below $497.

Intellectual Property Rights: Seller may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Product. The Buyer acknowledges that they have no ownership rights to the Product other than the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.

Product Distribution: Buyer may sell or distribute the Master Resell Rights product provided that the Buyer does not violate any laws, regulations, or rights & follows the guidelines identified by this product. The seller shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the distribution of the product by the buyer.

Disclaimer & Warranty: The product is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties, expressed or implied. Seller does not guarantee accuracy or usefulness of Product and shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, etc.) that arise out of the use or inability to use the Product. Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of the Product.

Pricing and Payment: Buyer has the freedom to set the price for the Product when reselling it to Customers as long as it is a minimum of $497. This product cannot be used an add-on product, but an add-on product can be attached to the product. This product cannot be sold on ebay or for a less than $497 price. All payments for the Product shall be handled directly between Buyer and the Customers (through an online website & trusted payment processor), and Seller shall have no responsibility or liability for any payment disputes or issues that may arise.

Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. Upon termination, Buyer shall immediately cease using and distributing the Product and destroy any copies of the Product in Buyer’s possession.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida with jurisdiction in Saint Johns County. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Saint Johns County, Florida.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By using or distributing the Product, Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

● Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY. Videotraining CAN be uploaded on other hosts, however they CANNOT be modified.
